Track Record

Our principals’ individual experience in real estate development and investment ranges from twenty+ years to more than forty years. We have been responsible for the acquisition, entitlement, development, and disposition of more than 100,000 acres of prime real estate in Florida, California, South Carolina and other states and territories.

To date, our activities have involved transactions totaling more than one billion dollars. We have entitled more 70,000 residential units and in excess of 1,000 acres of commercial lands.

We have developed residential projects involving multiple price points from entry level to multimillion dollar estate homes with multiple product types, including carriage homes, villas, town homes, and attached and detached single family residences on small and zero lot line sites, and estate home sites. Many of these developments have included club operations: championship golf courses, Food and Beverage operations, marinas, beach clubs, tennis facilities, and health and fitness centers.
